Returns: Unfortunately returns will not be accepted for orders that are lost in transit. It is out of our control as to what happens to merchandise once it leaves our shop. This is an issue that would have to be brought up with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If the package is redirected to us we will gladly resend it to you! 🙂 We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
